What a week looks like:
- A morning routine (C.A.R’s) (~10 minutes)
- Daily weak point work (~10 minutes)
- 3 workouts to be done at least once per week:
- Upper Limb
- Lower Limb
- Spine
Every program is divided into 3 periods:
- Week 1-3 - General Preparation - Understand how your body works
- Are your joints functioning like joints?
- Do your joints hurt?
- Week 4-6 - Specific Preparation - Move towards your goal
- Why are your joints limited?
- Can your joints handle your daily activities?
- Week 7-9 - Expand - Take it to the next level
- Get your joints ready to achieve your goals
