What a week looks like:


  • A morning routine (C.A.R’s) (~10 minutes)
  • Daily weak point work (~10 minutes)
  • 3 workouts to be done at least once per week:
    • Upper Limb
    • Lower Limb
    • Spine



Every program is divided into 3 periods:


  1. Week 1-3 - General Preparation - Understand how your body works
    • Are your joints functioning like joints?
    • Do your joints hurt?
  2. Week 4-6 - Specific Preparation - Move towards your goal
    • Why are your joints limited?
    • Can your joints handle your daily activities?
  3. Week 7-9 - Expand - Take it to the next level
    • Get your joints ready to achieve your goals
